Although we can create 'just a logo' if that is what you are after, Branding (also known as Corporate Identity), goes well beyond a simple graphic.

Swordfox use a successful 3 Phase process to make sure your brand:

  • is unique
  • is competitive
  • reflects who you are and what you do
  • represents your companies position in the marketplace
  • is in-line with your short and long-term business plan
  • fits in with it's surroundings and complies with any existing legislation
  • has it's own set of colour codes for consistency and cost effective printing runs

An overview of our process:

PHASE 1 - Initial Concepts

After our initial meeting with you, we go into brainstorm / research mode. Before we even begin designing, Swordfox takes into account influential factors such as: the nature of your company, competitors, trading location, short & long term business plan, styles / colours you prefer and so forth. This way we will arrive at a thoroughly planned, generous collection of initial concepts.

PHASE 2 - Revision

Based on your feedback from Phase 1, we will provide a series of revised concepts for you.

PHASE 3 - Sign-off

Once you have decided upon your brand, together we will select your official company colours using a Pantone colour swatch book so we can get the definitive industry code for each and lock these in to prepare your brand for application. Swordfox will also provide the major file formats in which you will need your logo because you will find these come in handy.

After Care

So we've created your brand and you are happy with it. How is it going to stay that way?

We use our specialised skills in providing an awesome Aftercare system that will help maintain the graphical face of your company so you can leave that to the experts and concentrate on where your business needs you most.

We create a set of rules and guidelines in the form of a company manual, applying to the usage of your brand, so that anyone involved with the handling of it does so under strict guidelines.
The result: a strong and professional brand that stays true to its original form. Things such as 'exclusion zone' and 'typeface' may not mean anything to you now but if you're serious about your brand then we can talk through this in more depth and explain how you may encounter these one day.
